Prices listed on our website or social media platforms are in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept various payment methods including M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
For deliveries outside Nairobi, full payment must be made before dispatch.
PS Kenya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues or suspected fraud.
Delivery timelines vary based on location but typically range between 1–5 business days.
While we strive for timely deliveries, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier service disruptions, weather conditions).
Delivery charges may apply depending on your location and the size of the order.
Only items that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied may be returned or exchanged.
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your item, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect depending on your payment method.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong orders made by the customer, or for digital/downloadable products.
All PS5 consoles and accessories sold by PS Kenya come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damages caused by misuse, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
PS Kenya makes every effort to maintain accurate stock information. However, in rare cases, products listed as available may be out of stock. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly and offered alternatives or a full refund.
